In this role, you will play a pivotal part in modernizing our administrative processes, supporting digital classrooms, and ensuring our technological infrastructure runs smoothly to empower both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the school's computer systems, hardware, software, and digital learning tools.
- Administer the school management system, ensuring accurate student data entry and secure record-keeping.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to teachers, administrative staff, and students.
- Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications to streamline daily administrative workflows.
- Assist in organizing digital literacy training programs for staff and students.
- Maintain school website updates, official digital communications, and social media channels as required.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in ICT support, digital administration, or a similar school-based role.
- Strong digital literacy and a proactive attitude toward adopting new educational technologies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, and school management software.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
