We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant team and support our workforce management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR administration tasks efficiently.
- Assist in handling employee relations, performance management, and welfare initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with Nigerian labor laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in an HR role, preferably within retail, fashion, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
