About the Role
R-DATS Consulting is a premier research, evaluation, and data collection firm dedicated to generating strong evidence for impactful policy decisions across local and international sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer or Associate to strengthen our internal systems, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and streamline general office operations in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for staff and consultants, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain comprehensive staff records, employment contracts, and confidential HR documentation.
- Support performance management cycles, staff appraisals, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, staff wellbeing, and adherence to Nigerian labor regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, internal logistics, and basic IT issue resolution.
- Assist with travel coordination, expense tracking, and administrative aspects of organizational bids.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Upper CGPA (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, operations, or administration.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria, with familiarity in local labor practices.
