Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the seamless onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a welcoming company culture.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Coordinate corporate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Help administer performance management cycles and track employee appraisals.
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, maintaining accurate personnel records and HR databases.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A genuine and strong passion for human resources and people management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software tools.
