We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Officer to oversee our daily HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and align our workforce strategies with our business growth objectives. This role is pivotal in driving our talent management initiatives and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws across our expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent for various departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and continuous training programs to enhance staff performance.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and administer payroll, benefits, and welfare schemes.
- Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and relevant Nigerian labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or another recognized HR body is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and modern recruitment practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
