Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is currently recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager for our esteemed client in the hospitality sector. Due to expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated HR professional with a strong background in top-tier hotel environments to drive our human capital strategy and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes for all hotel departments.
- Oversee monthly payroll administration, pensions, and employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company employment policies.
- Advise executive management and line managers on employment law, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Coordinate staff training, development programs, and initiatives that enhance positive employee relations.
- Monitor staff attendance, monitor performance metrics, and handle employee welfare, health, and safety.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a top-brand hotel.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR software systems.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
