About the Role
Infytel Communications Ltd. is a leading information technology company specializing in industry-focused ICT solutions for government, financial services, real estate, and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR operations, champion our corporate culture, and support our continued organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and seamless onboarding processes for all departments.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Coordinate performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and career progression pathways.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
- Identify skills gaps, training needs, and coordinate impactful learning and development initiatives.
- Advise executive management on strategic workforce planning, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement programs, team-building events, and initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong, practical understanding of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR management practices.
- Professional certification such as CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR management software or information systems.
- Willingness to work fully onsite at our office in Victoria Island, Lagos, with close proximity for commuting.
