As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and manage comprehensive human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, compliance guidelines, and company policy enforcement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee personnel files and attendance records.
- Provide reliable administrative support and handle internal HR correspondence.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience handling administrative operations and compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of labor regulations and employment standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern HRIS or payroll platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a strong advantage.
