We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our on-site team in Kogi. In this full-time role, you will act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with our business goals to foster a high-performance culture and enhance overall organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support company growth and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Oversee accurate and efficient payroll administration alongside total rewards management.
- Facilitate positive employee relations, driving conflict resolution, engagement, and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle end-to-end performance management systems, talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and capacity building.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on HR best practices, risk mitigation, and employee development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR policy formulation.
- Solid proficiency in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor and employment regulations.
- Strong expertise in performance management and employee relations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience in data-driven organizations or technology-enabled industries is a plus.
