About the Role

We are looking for a high-capacity, solution-driven Human Resource Operations Professional who can build systems, solve people and operational problems, and use technology and AI to make HR faster, smarter, and more accountable in our dynamic Nigerian operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, documentation, and workforce administration.
- Effectively manage and optimize the company's HR Management System (HRMS/HRIS).
- Build practical HR systems, trackers, workflows, and processes that improve accountability and reduce operational gaps.
- Drive performance tracking, KPIs, appraisals, PIPs, and employee performance documentation.
- Use workforce data and AI tools to accelerate research, reporting, data analysis, and routine HR workflows while maintaining confidentiality.
- Work closely with business leaders and line managers across multiple fast-paced hospitality and entertainment operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use HRMS/HRIS platforms and leverage AI tools for productivity.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment and adapt to unconventional work hours when required.
