We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Gbagi, Ibadan, Oyo State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our talent acquisition strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and streamlining daily HR operations to support our continued organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and post compelling job advertisements across relevant Nigerian recruitment platforms and job boards.
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding, orientation, and integration processes for new hires.
- Manage employee relations effectively by addressing staff queries, resolving conflicts, and overseeing time management protocols.
- Streamline daily workflow, coordinate staff operations, and monitor overall employee welfare to boost workplace morale and productivity.
- Manage multiple high-volume vacancies and concurrent recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven hands-on professional experience working as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or Recruiter within the Nigerian market.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite for data tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a deep understanding of Nigerian labor practices and employee relations.
