We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions and support our organizational people strategy while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
- Implement organizational HR policies and ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and effective grievance resolution.
- Coordinate performance management systems and staff training and development initiatives.
- Process leave administration and support accurate payroll-related HR activities.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide vital administrative support to executive management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in a dedicated Human Resources role.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent body is a strong added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR management software.
