We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our vibrant team in Owerri. In this role, you will play a vital part in cultivating our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations that empower our staff to deliver unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new restaurant and administrative staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and personnel files in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance policies and staff accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate regular staff training programs to enhance customer service, food safety, and hospitality standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management effectively.
- Process monthly payroll and assist in calculating daily and monthly sales bonuses for eligible team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Officer or in a similar human resources role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
- Must reside in Owerri or be willing to relocate.
