About the Role
Abuja Clinics, a premier healthcare provider established in 1989 with branches in Karu, Garki, and Maitama, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our human resources department, ensuring our medical and administrative professionals are fully supported to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and reference verification.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and continuous training programs for all new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and maintain accurate employee records and paperwork.
- Administer employee benefits programs, evaluate contract bids, and advise management on competitive compensation strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety procedures and labor regulations across all hospital branches.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic workforce planning and personnel hiring goals.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory professional certification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- 7 to 9 years of demonstrable human resource management experience, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR software.
