Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to meet staffing requirements.
- Handle industrial relations matters, resolving employee grievances and maintaining a harmonious working environment.
- Facilitate staff training, development programs, and employee counseling sessions.
- Administer HR policies, performance management systems, and compensation structures in line with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR reports for management review.
- Ensure company compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industrial standards.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of proven HR experience within a manufacturing company; FMCG background is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of industrial relations and labor regulations in Nigeria.
- Willingness to reside and work in Ogere Remo, Ogun State.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
