We are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resource Generalist to serve as the operational backbone of our HR function, delivering efficient, employee-centered services across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters.
- Manage end-to-end probation tracking, performance reviews, confirmation processes, and accurate HRIS status updates.
- Administer the eNPS survey from distribution to analysis, and drive impactful employee engagement initiatives including wellness and recognition programs.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, manage vendor relationships, and educate staff on available perks.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR documentation and statutory requirements.
- Provide insightful HR dashboards, analytics, and reports to support leadership in decision-making.
- 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or coordinator role within Nigeria.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in employee support, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HR compliance.
- Proven track record of managing engagement surveys like eNPS and executing actionable retention strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern HRIS platforms and payroll systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
