Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and conducting preliminary screenings.
  • Manage comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents are properly completed and filed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, tracking attendance, leave records, and internal staff directories.
  • Handle internal HR inquiries professionally, supporting workplace policies, professional standards, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Support performance management cycles by coordinating evaluations, gathering feedback, and meticulously tracking review timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven HR or administrative support experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for efficient data management and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, workplace compliance regulations, and modern HR best practices.
