About the Role
Jaza Energy, a pioneering last-mile clean energy company, is looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial Hub Manager to oversee the launch and growth of our solar energy charging stations in Ebonyi. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind front-line operations, community engagement, and financial sustainability, empowering local teams while bringing reliable solar power to off-grid communities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition initiatives to achieve and maintain target active customer numbers through strategic door-to-door sales and community outreach.
- Manage customer retention by following up with churned users and boosting monthly recurring revenue through membership renewals and pay-per-swap conversions.
- Own hub profitability and ensure 100% compliance with inventory management metrics, including loss prevention and pack scanning schedules.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor local team members (Jaza Stars) on sales pitches, exceptional customer service, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with regional coordinators to flag operational challenges, attend hyper-care meetings, and execute actionable growth plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or team management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
