We are recruiting an HSE Supervisor to strengthen our operational excellence and safety culture across our Nigerian operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that has successfully partnered with leading Oil & Gas companies worldwide. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance while supporting local content development in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across all operations
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to operational teams
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations and international standards
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with management to foster a strong safety culture
- Manage emergency response protocols and safety drills
- Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of HSE supervision experience in Oil & Gas sector
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and international standards
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in incident investigation and hazard assessment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
