About the Role
BBA Motors Limited is a prominent automobile dealership in Nigeria specializing in the import, distribution, and wholesale of brand-new Chinese vehicles and electric mobility solutions. Operating as a subsidiary of China's Huasheng Automobiles, we recently launched an intelligent flagship showroom in Lagos, delivering cutting-edge vehicles across West Africa. We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-focused HR Specialist to support the effective management of the employee lifecycle and contribute to a structured, professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and documentation.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
- Manage leave administration, employment contracts, confirmations, and promotions.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, memos, and employment documentation.
- Assist in monitoring employee performance and facilitating appraisal processes.
- Support employee relations, welfare initiatives, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Provide accurate HR data to support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources or people management.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
