Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with department heads and medical directors to understand staffing requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Leverage local and international recruitment channels, professional networks, and job boards to attract specialized healthcare talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate panel assessments, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and oversee a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases, generate hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and hospital policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of modern talent acquisition strategies, interviewing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage high-level medical professionals.
- Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and digital sourcing platforms.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be an added advantage.
