About the Role
HR-EX Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Operations Supervisor to oversee all human resource and administrative functions at our expanding healthcare clinic. This pivotal role ensures smooth coordination, efficient workflow, and maintains the high service quality our patients expect. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and operational procedures while fostering a positive work environment that drives organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure efficiency across all departments
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee exit processes aligned with organizational policies
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave administration, and confidential HR documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement initiatives
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee performance
- Provide leadership and coaching to create a productive and positive work environment
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally
- Supervise front desk and administrative operations to ensure excellent patient service
- Monitor compliance with clinic policies, labour regulations, health and safety standards, and workplace procedures
- Manage inventory, clinic supplies, and resource accountability
- Ensure facility cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and professional upkeep
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of HR and operations management experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physiotherapy, wellness, or clinical environments
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) preferred
- Strong leadership, people management, and team supervision skills
- Thorough knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality standards
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments
