About the Role
CapitalSage Technology Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive strategic workforce initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, champion a collaborative workplace culture, and serve as a trusted partner to management and departmental leaders to support our continued growth and operational efficiency across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
- Manage performance management frameworks, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, compensation structures, and statutory compliance.
- Drive continuous learning, employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and professional development.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic analytics reports to guide management decision-making.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in Nigerian labor laws, employee relations, and talent management.
