We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and support effective workforce management within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial HR management, possessing the proven ability to handle the unique employee relations and operational requirements of a factory setting. You will collaborate closely with executive management and production teams to ensure seamless HR operations, strict policy compliance, and a disciplined, highly productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Manage complex employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts professionally.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities to meet dynamic manufacturing workforce demands.
  • Drive performance management processes, monitoring employee output, conduct, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Administer disciplinary procedures fairly and transparently in alignment with Nigerian labor standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, documentation, and comprehensive HR reports for management review.
  • Partner with production supervisors to optimize workforce deployment and maintain smooth factory operations.
  • Handle multiple HR responsibilities under pressure while maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 5 to 12 years of relevant HR experience, with substantial hands-on background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Deep expertise in HR operations, employee relations, industrial recruitment, and disciplinary management.
  • Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR management tools.
  • Proximity to Agbara, Ogun State, or immediate environs is strongly preferred due to the factory work schedule.
