About the Role
Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited is an integrated customer engagement and business process outsourcing company delivering innovative digital solutions that empower people, teams, and organizations. We are currently looking for a dynamic HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions, ensuring effective workforce management, regulatory compliance, and impactful talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and effective conflict resolution.
- Monitor workforce compliance regarding attendance, punctuality, and leave management.
- Oversee payroll inputs, compensation, benefits, pensions, HMO, PAYE, NHF, and other statutory deductions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal company policies.
- Design and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development programs based on identified business needs.
- Maximum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR reporting tools.
- Experience working within a fast-paced BPO or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
