About the Role
CWAY Group is a leading multinational FMCG company specializing in the production and wholesale supply of treated water, beverages, and food products with a massive footprint across Africa and Asia. As we continue our rapid expansion and operational scaling in Nigeria, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead our human resources department. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals, and fostering a high-performance culture across our automated manufacturing and supply chain facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive human resource functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies across all operational sites.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits administration while ensuring strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee relations initiatives, performance management frameworks, and continuous professional training programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to implement organizational development strategies that support rapid business growth and expansion.
- Maintain accurate HR metrics, manage personnel records, and resolve complex employee grievances professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational sector.
- Professional certification in HR such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of HR operations, labor law compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
