InEvent is an innovative and fast-paced B2B startup developing intelligent event technology solutions for hospitality and marketing within large enterprises. Operating as a remote-first global team across 13 countries, we foster a culture of open communication, curiosity, and continuous learning. We are seeking a dynamic HR Lead in Nigeria to champion our employee engagement, optimize human resources processes, and elevate our global employer brand.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor in all matters pertaining to employee relations, engagement, and people management processes including onboarding and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records while efficiently managing the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, administrative functions, and strategic departmental alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign, manage, and execute engaging social media campaigns and candidate-facing communications.
- Design and implement innovative employer branding strategies to boost brand awareness and attract top global talent.
- Provide strategic support for culture, company values, welfare, and talent retention initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles with a strong focus on employee relations and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining strict data confidentiality.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and online recruitment campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must possess a personal computer (Mac or Windows) and a reliable mobile device (iOS or Android).
