About the Role
Kloverharris Limited is a leading Human Resource and IT consulting firm providing high-quality, innovative business solutions across Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Consultant / Team Lead to spearhead our HR consulting practice. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational HR solutions, manage diverse client engagements, mentor our consulting team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end HR consulting projects, including audits, organizational restructuring, and workforce diagnostics.
- Design robust HR frameworks, compensation structures, performance management systems, and tailored employee handbooks.
- Ensure client compliance with Nigerian labour laws and provide expert advisory on employee relations and talent management.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach HR associates while overseeing project delivery, quality control, and timelines.
- Drive business development by preparing technical proposals, pitching to prospective clients, and building lasting relationships.
- Design and facilitate corporate training programmes, workshops, and executive coaching sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically in an HR consulting or advisory environment.
- Active professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in leadership, project management, and cross-industry client service delivery.
