We are currently looking for a proactive HR Associate to join our dynamic team and support multiple client engagements with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and candidate communication.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding, training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management programs.
- Support performance management processes, including routine reviews and the execution of performance improvement plans.
- Provide reliable day-to-day HR support to diverse SME clients and promptly respond to various HR-related queries.
- Support strategic HR projects, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper documentation practices.
- Conduct relevant HR research and contribute actionable recommendations for client initiatives.
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations, modern HR practices, and workplace policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other contemporary HR technology tools.
