About the Role
Seven-Up Bottling Company, one of Nigeria's leading manufacturing giants, is looking for a driven and analytical Learning and Development Analyst to join our esteemed Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce capability by designing, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive training initiatives across our head office, factories, and regional locations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR Business Partners and departmental heads to identify critical skills gaps.
- Coordinate technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership training programmes across multiple operational sites.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking employee learning histories and generating completion reports.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and key performance indicators to measure ROI.
- Analyse training data to generate actionable insights, management reports, and optimize the annual L&D budget.
- Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), competency frameworks, and talent retention initiatives.
- Promote digital learning solutions and innovative e-learning platforms to boost employee engagement and accessibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, training coordination, or talent management within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS administration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination abilities.
- Professional HR or L&D certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or ATD will be an added advantage.
