About the Role
Mariston Hotel & Suites is a premier, upscale hospitality establishment strategically positioned along Adeolu Williams Avenue, NTA Road in Oba-Ile, Akure North, Ondo State. Operating under the banner of Hospitality At Its Finest, we cater to corporate executives, leisure travelers, and families seeking an elite and serene environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team, ensure pristine room conditions, and uphold our exceptional standards of hygiene and comfort across all guest spaces and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas regularly to maintain top-tier cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, placing timely orders as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the property.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven supervisory experience in housekeeping within a reputable hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Residency in Akure or willingness to commute reliably to Oba-Ile is required.
