We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff / Laundry professional to join our dedicated hospitality team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor enjoys a spotless and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas thoroughly according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities promptly.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens and guest garments.
- Inspect rooms for any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report them immediately to management.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Prior housekeeping or laundry experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a distinct advantage.
- Possess strong practical skills in room cleaning, sanitization, and laundry operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Physically fit with the stamina to handle bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, discreet, trustworthy, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
