About the Role
Ren San & Co., a premier boutique management and business support service firm, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our luxury apartments and guest rooms. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest toiletries and supplies daily.
- Manage room readiness by conducting efficient turnover during guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing inventory promptly to management.
- Maintain strict guest privacy and confidentiality while delivering courteous service.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience in a hotel or serviced apartment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of professional cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit, energetic, and capable of handling a fast-paced shift-based work schedule.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and time management skills.
