We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Personnel to join our professional team and ensure our guest rooms and public areas reflect our uncompromising standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and complimentary room amenities promptly.
- Dust furniture, polish fixtures, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathroom facilities to pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing room inventory immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing hotel linens and guest garments when requested.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines established by the hotel management.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or relevant academic qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven previous work experience as a housekeeping personnel or room attendant in a reputable hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Physical stamina and capability to handle standing, bending, and lifting tasks throughout the shift.
