Phil-BAN Nigeria Limited, a premier business consulting and corporate solutions organization, is seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and assigned facilities, ensuring an immaculate and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces according to established quality standards.
- Perform daily tasks including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and room supplies efficiently.
- Inspect assigned spaces to ensure they meet strict hygiene and presentation guidelines before occupancy.
- Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and lost property promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and maintain housekeeping equipment in optimal condition.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent academic qualification.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of professional cleaning and hygiene procedures.
- Good physical stamina with exceptional attention to detail.
