As a Cleaner and Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are welcoming, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. Your attention to detail and work ethic will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and positive reviews for Milestone Boutique Apartments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and amenities regularly, ensuring fresh and well-presented guest spaces
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all floors to maintain pristine conditions throughout the property
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and toilets to perfection using appropriate cleaning protocols
- Restock cleaning supplies and immediately report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety
- Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns with excellent customer service
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive problem-solving approach with professional guest interaction skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and excellence
- Reliable commute to Ojodu location
