We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and responsible Housekeeper to join our dynamic support team and contribute to our high standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire hospital premises.
- Clean and rigorously disinfect patient rooms, administrative offices, corridors, and washrooms.
- Handle and dispose of medical and general waste in strict compliance with hospital safety protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and maintained properly.
- Promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment to management.
- Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and medical staff.
- Perform additional housekeeping and sanitation duties as assigned by hospital management.
- Minimum qualification of a School Certificate (SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of relevant professional cleaning experience in homes, corporate offices, or healthcare facilities.
- Previous working experience in a hospital or medical environment will be a strong added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of professional hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards.
- Proven ability to work responsibly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.
