About the Role
The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is seeking a qualified academic or institutional delivery partner to institutionalize, manage, and scale the Association and Chamber Excellence (ACE) Program in Nigeria. Designed in collaboration with NACCIMA, ACE strengthens the capacity of business membership organization leaders through targeted training in governance, financial sustainability, and policy advocacy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver the ACE Program as a premier institutionalized professional program for business association leaders.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for transitioning ACE into a fully recognized professional certification platform.
- Design, develop, and manage a robust ACE Alumni Network to promote peer learning, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
- Implement strategic recruitment and inclusion campaigns targeting women-led organizations, youth-led groups, and underserved regions.
- Establish a viable financial sustainability model and comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework.
- Full accreditation by relevant national or international educational regulatory bodies in business, management, or public policy.
- Minimum of 10 years of institutional experience in designing and delivering executive education programs.
- At least 5 years of experience administering capacity-building, leadership development, or policy advocacy programs.
- Proven track record of at least two successful collaborations with international development organizations or donor agencies.
- Robust pool of qualified faculty with expertise in chamber management, strategic planning, and governance.
