Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities promptly and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or missing items and report them to management.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored safely.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety across all assigned areas.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and a positive working attitude.
- Ability to thrive and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
