About the Role
Lexworld Hotels, a modern premium hospitality destination located in Aba, Abia State, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team. Strategically positioned near the western entry points of Aba, our hotel serves business executives and travelers connecting with the industrial zones of Osisioma. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in upholding our pristine environment and luxurious standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities promptly and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them immediately to management.
- Manage laundry duties, ensuring guest and hotel linens are washed, pressed, and stored correctly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with utmost professionalism, courtesy, and promptness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across all assigned areas.
- Minimum educational qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional housekeeping experience in a reputable hotel or hospitality environment.
- Must be computer literate to effectively manage digital room status updates and inventory systems.
- Applicants must be at least 24 years of age.
