Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, restock guest amenities, and ensure all room facilities are in optimal working condition.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally to guarantee a memorable stay.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to management immediately.
- Adhere strictly to hotel health, sanitation, and safety guidelines while operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certification or educational qualification in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven housekeeping experience within a reputable hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional grooming, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Must reside within Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
