Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare daily meals, snacks, and special dishes according to household preferences and schedules.
- Prepare a diverse range of authentic Nigerian and international cuisines while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- Manage kitchen supplies, grocery shopping, food inventory, and meal preparation timelines efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safe food handling practices at all times.
- Adapt menus seamlessly to specific dietary requirements, health goals, special occasions, and changing household preferences.
- B.Sc. or HND in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related professional field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a private, household, or upscale restaurant chef.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both traditional Nigerian dishes and a variety of international cuisines.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, well-presented, and varied meals.
- Strong working knowledge of food hygiene regulations, kitchen safety, inventory management, and portion control.
