We are currently recruiting a professional and customer-oriented Hotel Waitress to join our hospitality team and deliver outstanding service to our esteemed guests. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat hotel guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations upon request.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel point-of-sale system and manage billing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth dining operation.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a waitress, server, or hospitality host in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage service standards and basic point-of-sale operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SSCE or equivalent educational qualification; additional training in hospitality management is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during shifts.
- Competitive starting salary of N60,000 per month.
