In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service, managing daily bar activities, and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee all daily bar activities, ensuring stations are fully stocked, meticulously organized, and operating according to Hilton brand standards.
- Train, mentor, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing ongoing guidance to foster high performance and excellent customer service.
- Prepare premium beverages for servers, accurately process transactions, and foster seamless collaboration between the bar and front-of-house service teams.
- Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to all guest interactions, proactively identifying opportunities to make every visit special.
- Handle sensitive guest concerns professionally, expertly managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care, respect, and discretion.
- Maintain strict compliance with local health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to guarantee a secure environment for all.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive bartending and supervisory experience within a reputable hotel, restaurant, or upscale hospitality setting.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixology, bar inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a proven track record of training and motivating hospitality staff.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Valid certification in health, safety, sanitation, or responsible alcohol service is strongly preferred.
