Teestone Hotel & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. To maintain our high standards of safety and peace of mind, we are currently seeking a professional, vigilant, and dedicated Hotel Security Personnel to safeguard our guests, staff, visitors, and property.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol hotel premises regularly to deter and detect unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other security irregularities.
- Monitor CCTV feeds, alarm systems, and other security infrastructure actively.
- Control access points, verify visitor identities, and enforce hotel security protocols courteously.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to security breaches, disturbances, medical emergencies, and fire alarms.
- Assist guests and employees with safety-related inquiries and provide reassurance during urgent situations.
- Draft accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain comprehensive daily activity logs.
- Inspect safety equipment, fire exits, and facility hazards routinely to ensure full operational readiness.
- Liaise professionally with local law enforcement agencies and internal management when necessary.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; professional security certifications or training will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven working experience in security, law enforcement, or the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional situational awareness, active observation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under high-pressure conditions.
- Good physical fitness with the stamina to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Flexible and willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
