About the Role
Hotel Capitol is a premier contemporary three-star hotel strategically located in the heart of Omole Phase 1, Lagos. Featuring 28 tastefully furnished rooms and luxury suites, we pride ourselves on delivering unmatched comfort and luxury. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Hotel Operations Supervisor to drive our commitment to service excellence, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across all hospitality departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate front desk, housekeeping, and Food and Beverage (F&B) team members to achieve peak operational performance.
- Oversee daily check-in and check-out processes, ensuring optimal room readiness and inventory management.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand service standards across the hotel.
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports covering occupancy rates, revenue metrics, and guest feedback for management review.
- HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Mandatory possession of a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience in a hotel environment, with a strong background in front desk or general operations.
- Candidates residing within proximity to the Omole, Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, and Ketu axes are strongly encouraged to apply.
