About the Role
Hyatt is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our vibrant dining and hospitality operations in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center in line with operating concepts and Hyatt International standards.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through high standards of service, quality, and personalized guest engagement.
- Supervise daily operations, coordinating seamlessly with kitchen, service, and administrative teams.
- Monitor financial performance, controlling costs, maximizing revenues, and operating strictly within established budgets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate outlet staff to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or large, high-standard restaurant.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
