About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy dedicated to elevating standards across small and medium-sized hotels in Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and optimize departmental performance in our partner properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily hotel operations and coordinate activities across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security functions to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage staff performance, duty schedules, disciplinary actions, and coordinate continuous training programs.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly while implementing proactive measures to boost customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, inventory control, cost reduction, and daily revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development, corporate relations, and occupancy growth initiatives.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Aba or Port Harcourt.
- Proven professional experience in hotel operations and hospitality management.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce SOPs, manage facility maintenance, and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Monthly Salary: N250,000
