About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy company incorporated in 2009, dedicated to elevating the standard of hospitality and leisure across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the overall day-to-day management and smooth operation of our client hotel. In this leadership role, you will ensure exceptional guest service, effective staff performance, robust revenue management, stringent cost control, and strict compliance with our high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and streamline all hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff while managing duty rosters and disciplinary issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing and resolving all guest complaints.
- Monitor front office operations, including check-ins, reservations, accurate billing, and cash-handling.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations to guarantee pristine facilities and quality service.
- Control operational expenses, manage budgets with the accountant, and drive strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Aged between 45 and 50 years.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Aba, Port Harcourt, or Owerri.
- Possess a B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel management and operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
