About the Role
Hotel Capitol is a modern and contemporary three-star hotel strategically located in the heart of Omole Phase 1, Lagos, offering tastefully furnished rooms and luxury suites to our esteemed guests. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Hotel Housekeeper to join our dedicated hospitality team and ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, dust, mop, and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and restock room amenities such as fresh towels and toiletries.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring that all bathrooms and living spaces are spotless and guest-ready.
- Handle guest requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and cleaning equipment.
- Must reside within close proximity to our location, specifically around the Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Akute, or Ketu axes of Lagos.
